Many have said it is impossible for DigiByte (DGB) to be the fastest, and so, wants to disrepute the currency. It is beyond doubt that at the moment, DigiByte has the potential to handle 560 transactions per second, a speed that outweighs the likes of Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).
Every 15 seconds, DigiByte blocks occur, making it the fastest crypto known. Aside that, it is 40x faster than Bitcoin.
To add to this, in the future, the cryptocurrency intends to go higher. DigiByte speed projection around year 2035 is 280,000 tps. While many may think it is impossible, at the moment, DigiByte has a tps rate of 560. This is enough to make people see a future in DigiByte and begin to place it above other cryptos.
Is DigiByte (DGB) Not In Your Wallet?
DigiByte (DGB) came into the cryptocurrency space in 2014, since then respected investors who understand the nitty-gritty of trading and investing have not for once seen a reason to let DigiByte go off their wallets.
There are many reasons behind this. One of them, which many of us failed to remember is that the cryptocurrency is referenced in the cryptocurrency space as the world’s longest, fastest and most secure UTXO blockchain.
With that, on 7th January, DigiByte witnessed a +50,000% growth. Another is that between January last year and this moment, DigiByte has risen by nothing less than 9,200%.
I am sure all mentioned statement above may not move you. In this wise, I have provided some reasons that should gear you up to own DigiByte in excess.
Most Decentralized Currency?
DigiByte’s claim to be the most decentralized currency is not far from truth owing to the high number of nod operators on the blockchain. With Bitcoin’s node at 9,000, and Ethereum node at 16,000, it is actually true that DigiByte is way beyond them when talking about decentralization because on many occasions, DGB node stays around 70,000.
Partnership Is Important.
Some cryptocurrency are not worth mentioning due to their low adoption rate. DigiByte is not one of these cryptocurrency. Around 2016, DigiByte was added to Azure, a feet that makes it at par with the likes of Microsoft.
In the same vein, DigiByte’s Investa partnership is worth gloating over. Investa aims add DGB to its ATM and debit cards.
